8-hours of NMLS Approved Continuing Education must be completed every year and is due before you can renew your license by December 31. All 8-hours of NMLS Approved CE is available online for only $119. Mortgage CE classes are offered through a third-party provider.

If you DID NOT transition to NMLS before May 2010, you will need to complete 60 hours of pre-licensing education and NOT continuing education hours. All mortgage licensees MUST complete continuing education whether your license is on active or inactive status.  Please see the table below for a breakdown of CE requirements:
