ARC- Advanced Real Estate Certification
Advanced Real Estate Certification (ARC) is an exclusive product of Stringham Schools. It is designed to instruct licensed agents with hands-on, advanced training to achieve success in the Real Estate industry, while obtaining continuing education credit.
Teaching this course, you'll find outstanding, successful individuals that have proven ways of doing business, fully prepared to instruct according to today's market needs. They have a passion for education and a commitment to excellence.
ARC, structured as a post-licensing course, contains modules chosen and perfected with specific skill goals in mind. You will be asked to participate in activities meant to reinforce your education and build your confidence. You will have the opportunity to ask specific questions about how to actually find new business, market yourself, service your clients effectively and honestly and build systems that produce results.
Simply put... we have compiled everything agents wish they were taught when they got into real estate and added all of the latest and most updated skills, techniques and technologies. And to top it all off... we added the best instructors in our industry!
There will be enough components included in the course to satisfy all Real Estate CE requirements, including CORE topics, as well as all 12 hours of the NEW Agent CE Course.
ARC includes advanced classes PLUS 18 hours of Continuing Education, for one low price!
The cost for ARC is $700 which includes 16 Advanced classes, plus 18 hours of Continuing Education, including the 12-hour New Agent Course.
The next ARC course will begin on January 31, 2011 which is a Monday. Classes are held for one week a month, for 4 months.Class begins at 8:30am and ends at 12:30pm each day with the exception of one 8-hour day of class. Classes you are unable to attend can be made-up during the next session of ARC.
