Broker Licensing Education


Utah Real Estate Agents who have been actively working in the industry for at least 3 years, and accumulated a minimum of 60 transaction points, may qualify to become a licensed Real Estate Broker.

The Utah Division of Real Estate requires 120 hours of education prior to taking the Broker Licensing Exam. Our Broker Course includes classes that are available online, and live classes that are scheduled as necessary.

Tuition for the Broker Course is $695 which includes the course textbook. You can complete up to 8 hours of class per day, making it possible to finish in as little as 4 weeks.

How to Become a Licensed Broker


After completing the Broker course, and passing the exam, candidates must submit the Broker application packet to the Utah Division of Real Estate.
