REAL ESTATE CE- As of January 2010, CE requirements increased to 18 hours every 2 years. 9 of the 18 hours must then be CORE credits. Your first renewal MUST include the 12 hour New Agent Course as part of the 18 total hours.
The Division of Real Estate requires that all licenses be renewed online, so make sure to complete your required hours by the 15th of the month in which you expire to ensure ontime renewal.
COST for Real Estate CE - $10 per credit hour.

RE NEW AGENT 12 HR COURSE CE- Anyone who holds an active real estate license, who became licensed AFTER July 1, 2007, is required to complete this course as part of the 18 required hours. Any licensee may attend this course, but the entire course must be completed for credit. All 12 hours are CORE credits. Topics in this course include; Ethics, Fiduciary Duties, Contracts, and many more important subjects. This course is offered online only.
MORTGAGE CE- Mortgage licensees who hold an active or inactive mortgage license, are required to complete 8 hours of NMLS approved CE every year. CE is due by December 31 every year for all Mortgage licensees.
COST for Mortgage CE - $129 for 8-hr NMLS CE Course.
NMLS-approved CE every year including; 3 hours of federal law and regulations, 2 hours of ethics, 2 hours non-traditional mortgages, and 1 hour elective. Our Mortgage CE courses are offered through a third-party provider.
CONTRACTOR CE- Utah Contractors License requirements are 6 hours of CE every 2 years. Licensees are required to complete 3 hours of Core topics and 3 hours of Professional topics. Many of our Contractor CE courses are approved for Real Estate CE credit also. Learn More.
COST for Contractor CE - $20 per credit hour or $99 for all 6 hours.
